Here is the finished landscaping BEAUTIFUL!
All dressed up for church with my big belly

Here we are after a long day of working.....well maybe for nanny, papa, and Daddy but not so much mommy and Parker.
Nanny and Papa came to visit over Memorial Day weekend. Our goal was to get the outside of our house looking really sharp! As you can see we accomplished that goal. Everyone worked very hard in the hot sun. It looks fantastic! I put a new belly pic up, Parker is now 23 weeks old and kicking up a storm. His kicks and punches have actually become kicks and punches, no longer sweet little twitches, ha ha! Other than mommy's feet hurting everything else is wonderful. Daddy felt lil Parker kick for the first time last week when we were getting ready to go to bed. It always seems that right when I lay down that lil booger gets to grooving. Thank you again Nanny and Papa for all of your hard work to get our house looking beautiful so that Parker can come home to a beautifully landscaped home! Parker has such wonderful grandparents, I know he is going to be crazy about them!

Our baby boy has a name!

Michael and I have finally decided on a name. This has been an ongoing discussion since the day we find out I was pregnant. We honestly could not agree on a SINGLE name. So we decided during the eight hour car ride to MO we would talk about names. I was not looking forward to this car ride, ha ha! So I made a list of names and read them to Michael and he actually picked a name from the list and said he really like it. So our baby's name is.............................................................................................................PARKER GABRIEL KEENAN!
Gabriel is daddy's middle name and we both love those two names together. It has been so wonderful to be able to talk to my belly and say his name. I am already so anxious to have him here but I try to remind myself that this will fly by so enjoy every moment. I just already love him sooo much and can't wait to hold him!

Precious Baby Boy

Look I can flex my foot, I have big feet like my daddy

I'm trying to find my thumb but it's just so hard to find

Here is Parker Gabriel Keenan, our precious baby boy
Well as you can see we had another ultrasound at 20 weeks. When we were home visiting mom and dad or should I say nanny and papa (we are still working on what to call grandma and grandpa) a family/church friend who is an ultrasound tech said she would love to look at our baby boy. Of course I was all for that, I love seeing our baby boy. He looked so perfect moving around a ton as always. Cherri (our friend the ultrasound tech) said he was just as healthy as could be. She said he is average in all areas and is right where he needs to be according to the charts. His head was measuring big at our last ultrasound which had mommy worried a bit, but at this 20 week ultrasound his head was perfect in proportion to his body. He kept bringing his hand to his face like he was looking for his thumb we were all hoping he would find it with us watching but of course not. I honestly think he is going to look just like daddy! Michael and I had a blast in Kansas City and were very sad to leave. We were able to see all of our loved ones and I know our baby boy enjoyed hearing everyone's voices.

About Me

My photo
Our family started when Michael and I met in the summer of 2003. We fell deeply in love and married on April 20, 2006. We have been truly blessed and the BEST blessing that has happened to us is the birth of our baby boy Parker Gabriel Keenan. He was born on September 28, 2008 at 2am weighing 10.2 lbs and measuring 23 inches long. He is so amazing and Michael and I cherish every moment with him, never knowing when Michael might be deployed makes the time even sweeter. We love God and truly are trying to raise Parker to have a strong relationship with his maker. We miss our family but we are so thankful to be stationed closer to them. God is good!
